According our monitoring system, the connections of he devices with 1NCE SIM come back now. We are again at 90% (was 80% before)

The data center has successfully resolved the issue affecting our servers, and all systems are now back to normal operations. We are currently monitoring the environment to ensure continued stability.

A detailed 'Root Cause Analysis' report is being prepared, and we will share this with you separately in the coming days. Thank you for your patience while we worked to get back online.

Dear Convadis customers and partners,
We have now resolved the DNS issue affecting pccom.ch, iccom.ch, mccom.ch, the wiki and the Convadis homepage.
It was caused by an outage at the DNS provider “Webland” (which is still ongoing).
However, we have now been able to move the “convadis.ch” domain to our data center, which means that the problem has now been permanently resolved (all components in the data center are fail-safe and redundant).

Dear convadis customers,
The DNS issues affecting the CCom services and the wiki of domain Convadis.ch are resolved. The issue was on caused by a hardware component of the DNS provider. The backup domain domain convadis.com was not affected by this issue (pccom.convadis.com, iccom.convadis.com, wiki.convadis.com). Also convadis.ch was intermediately available during the issue time.

Dear convadis customers
We noticed DNS solving issues for pccom.convadis.ch and other services (wiki) within the last hours. The data center services and our systems are working as expected, but CComom is intermediately unavailable for certain time. The issue may persist.

The problems seems to be related to actual Coudflare issues and their ongoing maintenance, which should be finished at 6:45 (GMT + 1).
