The DNS issues affecting the CCom services and the wiki of domain Convadis.ch are resolved. The issue was on caused by a hardware component of the DNS provider. The backup domain domain convadis.com was not affected by this issue (pccom.convadis.com, iccom.convadis.com, wiki.convadis.com). Also convadis.ch was intermediately available during the issue time.

For your information: As written above, our CCom services are also available via the domain convadis.com. Via domain convadis.com the services have constantly been available, because the DNS service for convadis.com is located directly in our data center. We also plan to migrate convadis.ch into the data center, which will cause up to 1 hour downtime. We will inform you in advance about this migration and will do it in the night.
Howewer. Already changing the API request endpoint of your booking system to convadis.com now is recommended, because like this you are not affected by the migration.
