During the outage, booking systems were able to send messages to our server by using the URL extension “.com” instead of “.ch” (which was already resolved in the data center). The CCom web server was also accessible via convadis.com. However, the on-board computer devices that lost their server connection (e.g., during a trip) were unable to reconnect immediately.
